Olivier Glassey is Assistant Prof. at the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration.
Olivier Glassey currently works on needs and requirements analysis in order to develop governance strategies and systems for the public sector. He has conducted applied research and consulting on topics such as taxation, public records, electricity market liberalization or Good Humanitarian Donorship Initiative.
His future research will focus on:
modelling information society requirements, stakeholders, processes, and knowledge
developing public governance frameworks and methods, with special interests for the domains of knowledge sharing and evaluation, as well as identity management.
